Podporuj\u00ed tak\u00e9 regeneraci bun\u011bk a pom\u00e1haj\u00ed z\u00edsk\u00e1vat svalovou hmotu. Jak uk\u00e1zaly \u010detn\u00e9 americk\u00e9 a australsk\u00e9 studie, L-theanin ve spojen\u00ed s kofeinem &#8211; oba obsa\u017een\u00e9 v matcha &#8211; pozitivn\u011b ovliv\u0148uje kognitivn\u00ed funkce, koncentraci a n\u00e1ladu (1)(2). L-theanin \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b zm\u00edr\u0148uje stimula\u010dn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek kofeinu a sni\u017euje krevn\u00ed tlak. V d\u016fsledku toho, co studie Newcastle University prok\u00e1zaly (3), d\u00edky pit\u00ed \u010daje matcha se c\u00edt\u00edme v\u00edce nabit\u00ed energi\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 m\u00e9n\u011b nerv\u00f3zn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Efektivn\u00ed u\u010den\u00ed a zlep\u0161en\u00ed pam\u011bti<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdzkum zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00fd v American Journal of Clinical Nutrition ukazuje, jak \u010daj matcha zlep\u0161uje pozornost a pom\u00e1h\u00e1 soust\u0159edit se. Zelen\u00fd \u010daj d\u00edky sv\u00e9mu stimula\u010dn\u00edmu \u00fa\u010dinku podporuje kreativn\u00ed my\u0161len\u00ed (5).<\/p>\n<p>L-theanin pozitivn\u011b ovliv\u0148uje pam\u011b\u0165, zejm\u00e9na p\u0159i pracovn\u00edch \u00fakonech. Po pit\u00ed zelen\u00e9ho \u010daje vy\u0159e\u0161ili \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci studie proveden\u00e9 univerzitou v Basileji n\u011bkter\u00e9 \u00fakoly navr\u017een\u00e9 k testov\u00e1n\u00ed hypot\u00e9z. Pot\u00e9 profesor Stefan Borgwart na Psychiatrick\u00e9 klinice, kter\u00fd vedl studii, pou\u017eil MRI ke kontrole mozkov\u00e9 aktivity \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f. Proto se p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1, \u017ee extrakt ze zelen\u00e9ho \u010daje matcha m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00fd pro l\u00e9\u010den\u00ed poruch, jako je demence.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zlep\u0161en\u00ed koncentrace <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dv\u011b slo\u017eky &#8211; kofein a L-theanin &#8211; oba p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e9 v\u00a0matcha \u010daji ve vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e9m pom\u011bru, pozitivn\u011b ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed na\u0161i kognitivn\u00ed v\u00fdkonnost. V roce 2017 n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed nizozem\u0161t\u00ed v\u011bdci zhodnotili, jak u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed produkt\u016f matcha ovliv\u0148uje na\u0161e kognitivn\u00ed funkce. Ka\u017ed\u00fd \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk musel zkonzumovat jeden ze \u010dty\u0159 testovan\u00fdch produkt\u016f: \u010daj matcha, matcha ty\u010dinku (4 g matcha pr\u00e1\u0161ku v jedn\u00e9 ty\u010dince), placebo \u010daj nebo placebo ty\u010dinku. Pot\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci provedli \u0159adu kognitivn\u00edch test\u016f, aby posoudili jejich pozornost, schopnosti zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed dat, pracovn\u00ed pam\u011b\u0165 a epizodickou pam\u011b\u0165, \u010d\u00edm\u017e m\u00e1me na mysli jedine\u010dn\u00e9 vzpom\u00ednky \u010dlov\u011bka na konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed ud\u00e1lost. Jsou p\u0159\u00edtomny v mnoha zdrav\u00fdch produktech: rostliny, ovoce (nap\u0159. Jablka, bor\u016fvky, angre\u0161t, hroznov\u00e1 sem\u00ednka, kiwi, jahody), \u010derven\u00e9 v\u00edno, pivo, kakaov\u00fd lik\u00e9r, \u010dokol\u00e1da, kakao, zelen\u00fd \u010daj; ale matcha je jejich nejbohat\u0161\u00ed zdroj. Katheiny bojuj\u00ed s bakteriemi, houbami a viry. Posiluj\u00ed tak imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m, odstra\u0148uj\u00ed tak\u00e9 t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 kovy z t\u011bla a zpomaluj\u00ed proces st\u00e1rnut\u00ed. \u010cajov\u00e9 katechiny a polyfenoly jsou \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdmi antioxidanty. Zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00edch studi\u00ed ukazuj\u00ed souvislost mezi pravideln\u00fdm pit\u00edm zelen\u00e9ho \u010daje matcha a zpomalen\u00edm r\u016fstu n\u00e1doru.<\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed ameri\u010dt\u00ed v\u011bdci z University of Colorado porovn\u00e1vali koncentraci EGCG v\u00a0ur\u010den\u00e9 d\u00e1vce vysoce kvalitn\u00ed japonsk\u00e9 matcha a s\u00e1\u010dku listov\u00e9ho zelen\u00e9ho \u010daje Starbucks. Zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee koncentrace epigalokatechin gal\u00e1tu (EGCG) v matcha byla 137kr\u00e1t vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e v\u00a0klasick\u00e9m zelen\u00e9m \u010daji. I vysoce kvalitn\u00ed zelen\u00fd \u010daj obsahuje t\u0159ikr\u00e1t m\u00e9n\u011b katein\u016f EGCG ne\u017e matcha (8).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Katechiny EGCG = Antioxidanty, kter\u00e9 inhibuj\u00ed proces st\u00e1rnut\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kateiny jsou polyfenoly, kter\u00e9 funguj\u00ed jako siln\u00e9 antioxidanty. Eliminuj\u00ed reaktivn\u00ed formy kysl\u00edku, v\u010detn\u011b voln\u00fdch radik\u00e1l\u016f a peroxid\u016f. Proto m\u00e1 \u010daj matcha superoxida\u010dn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek, kter\u00fd p\u016fsob\u00ed proti abnorm\u00e1ln\u00ed aktivit\u011b reaktivn\u00edch druh\u016f kysl\u00edku. Koncentrace reaktivn\u00edch druh\u016f kysl\u00edku v bu\u0148k\u00e1ch je regulov\u00e1na antioxidanty, glutathionem, tokoferolem a antioxida\u010dn\u00edmi enzymy. Nerovnov\u00e1ha mezi oxidanty a antioxidanty zp\u016fsobuje oxida\u010dn\u00ed stres, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k po\u0161kozen\u00ed bun\u011bk nebo bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 smrti. Vysok\u00fd oxida\u010dn\u00ed stres s jeho \u0161kodliv\u00fdm \u00fa\u010dinkem na tk\u00e1n\u011b m\u016f\u017ee pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b zp\u016fsobovat neurodegenerativn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, jako je Parkinsonova nebo Alzheimerova choroba. Souvis\u00ed tak\u00e9 s v\u00fdskytem ischemick\u00e9 choroby srde\u010dn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00da\u010dinek na hubnut\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u010caj Matcha pom\u00e1h\u00e1 spalovat kalorie a sni\u017euje hladinu gluk\u00f3zy v krvi a hladiny inzul\u00ednu, i kdy\u017e nezm\u011bn\u00edme na\u0161e stravovac\u00ed n\u00e1vyky. Metaanal\u00fdza v\u00fdsledk\u016f v\u00fdzkumu publikovan\u00e1 v American Journal of Clinical Nutrition ukazuje, \u017ee pravideln\u00e1 spot\u0159eba zelen\u00e9ho \u010daje matcha vede ke spalov\u00e1n\u00ed 100 kalori\u00ed denn\u011b (10). Je to proto, \u017ee katechiny EGCG zvy\u0161uj\u00ed spot\u0159ebu energie a urychluj\u00ed spalov\u00e1n\u00ed tuk\u016f. Dal\u0161\u00ed studie uk\u00e1zala, \u017ee konzumenti zelen\u00e9ho \u010daje matcha ztratili b\u011bhem dvan\u00e1ctit\u00fddenn\u00edho experimentu v pr\u016fm\u011bru 1,3 kg, ani\u017e by zm\u011bnili sv\u00e9 stravovac\u00ed n\u00e1vyky. Podle dal\u0161\u00edho v\u00fdzkumu maj\u00ed lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed pravideln\u011b pij\u00ed zelen\u00fd \u010daj matcha, v pr\u016fm\u011bru ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed BMI a men\u0161\u00ed obvod pasu ne\u017e u\u017eivatel\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed zelen\u00fd \u010daj matcha nepij\u00ed. Obvod pasu je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm ur\u010duj\u00edc\u00edm faktorem na\u0161eho zdravotn\u00edho stavu. P\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoho tuku v n\u011bm ukazuje na metabolick\u00e9 abnormality, jako je hypertenze, hypercholesterol\u00e9mie a diabetes.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdzkum skupiny ob\u00e9zn\u00edch \u017een proveden\u00fd Univerzitou Sao Paolo uk\u00e1zal, \u017ee obohacen\u00ed program\u016f hubnut\u00ed zelen\u00fdm \u010dajem matcha p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed nejlep\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdsledky. \u017deny, kter\u00e9 krom\u011b ur\u010den\u00e9 stravy a pokra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00a0tr\u00e9ninku, pily zelen\u00fd \u010daj matcha po dobu osmi t\u00fddn\u016f, nejen\u017ee ztratily v pr\u016fm\u011bru 5,8 kg, ale tak\u00e9 se zhubly v obvodu pasu. D\u00e1le sn\u00ed\u017eily hladinu triglycerid\u016f a zv\u00fd\u0161ily svalovou hmotu (11). V\u011bdci z Penn State University dosp\u011bli k podobn\u00fdm zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm ohledn\u011b katechin\u016f v zelen\u00e9m \u010daji (12). Je to proto, \u017ee kdy\u017e pijeme \u010daj matcha, konzumujeme cel\u00e9 listy v pr\u00e1\u0161ku, a proto dost\u00e1v\u00e1me mnohem v\u00edce \u017eivin, ne\u017e z b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho \u010daje (rozpustn\u00fdch i nerozpustn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edsad).
