R\u016fzn\u00e9 klimatick\u00e9 podm\u00ednky a slo\u017een\u00ed p\u016fdy d\u00e1vaj\u00ed vzniknout \u0159ad\u011b r\u016fzn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edchut\u00ed zelen\u00e9ho \u010daje.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Ide\u00e1ln\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed pro p\u011bstov\u00e1n\u00ed \u010daje je v horsk\u00fdch oblastech s bohat\u00fdmi sr\u00e1\u017ekami (p\u0159es 1300 mm)<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 jsou st\u00e1l\u00e9 po cel\u00fd rok. Horsk\u00e9 oblasti maj\u00ed tak\u00e9 dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdhodu v \u010dast\u00e9m v\u00fdskytu mlhy, <strong>kter\u00e1 pom\u00e1h\u00e1 chr\u00e1nit jemn\u00e9 \u010dajov\u00e9 l\u00edstky p\u0159ed mrazem<\/strong>, kter\u00fd vznik\u00e1 v d\u016fsledku n\u00edzk\u00fdch no\u010dn\u00edch teplot. Tato prefektura produkuje v\u00edce ne\u017e 40% ve\u0161ker\u00e9ho \u010daje p\u011bstovan\u00e9ho v Japonsku. Na <strong>sousedn\u00ed ho\u0159e Fuji rostou na rozs\u00e1hl\u00fdch \u010dajov\u00fdch pol\u00edch hlavn\u011b druhy sencha<\/strong>, klasick\u00fd japonsk\u00fd zelen\u00fd \u010daj. Shizuoka se dostala na svou pozici \u010d. 1 \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b d\u00edky objevu nov\u00e9 metody l\u00e9\u010dby, Fukamushi &#8211; p\u0159i kter\u00e9 se vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 pit\u00e9 zelen\u00e9ho \u010daje, vyvinut\u00e9 v dob\u011b Meiji (1868-1912). Zde je po v\u011bt\u0161inu roku subtropick\u00e9 podneb\u00ed se siln\u00fdm slune\u010dn\u00edm svitem. V d\u016fsledku <strong>sope\u010dn\u00e9 erupce<\/strong> p\u0159ed 24 000 lety m\u00e1 p\u016fda bohat\u00fd obsah miner\u00e1l\u016f s vysok\u00fdm obsahem b\u00edl\u00e9ho popela. Kj\u00f3to je m\u00edstem, kde buddhisti\u010dt\u00ed mni\u0161i rozv\u00edjeli sv\u00e9 um\u011bn\u00ed p\u011bstov\u00e1n\u00ed \u010daje, kter\u00fd si p\u0159inesli z \u010c\u00edny. <strong>Kj\u00f3tsk\u00fd \u010dajov\u00fd region Uji proto t\u011b\u017e\u00ed z dlouh\u00e9 historie odborn\u00fdch znalost\u00ed a dovednost\u00ed<\/strong>. Od doby Edo (1603-1868) byly v Uji vyvinuty nov\u00e9 metody zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed pro \u010daje <strong>Sencha a Gyokuro (speci\u00e1ln\u00ed zelen\u00fd \u010daj).<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>Pod\u00e9l Kj\u00f3ta, kde \u0159eka Uji sestupuje z hor, je oblast Uji perfektn\u011b situov\u00e1na pro v\u00fdrobu \u010daje. Mlhav\u00e1 r\u00e1na chr\u00e1n\u00ed listy p\u0159ed mrazem, nep\u0159\u00edtelem \u010dajovn\u00edk\u016f.
